2. Purpose of the Site

The Site promotes The Imperfect CEO, provides resources related to leadership and organizational health, and allows visitors to:

  • Preorder or reserve copies of The Imperfect CEO book

  • Request downloadable materials

  • Join email and SMS updates

  • Receive follow-up communication related to preorders, leadership resources, and

    organizational health content

No payments are processed through this Site.

If you reserve books, your information is forwarded to our fulfillment partner and/or retailer for processing and shipping.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site

  • Attempt to access data not intended for you

  • Copy, scrape, or harvest information from the Site

  • Use automated means (scripts, bots, crawlers) to interact with the Site

  • Upload or transmit harmful code, malware, or spam

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms.

4. Book Orders & Fulfillment

The Site collects your reservation details (name, contact information, requested quantity, etc.).

We do not collect payment and do not ship books directly.

Because this external company manages logistics:

  • Shipping timelines, tracking, packaging, returns, and any related policies are set by Book Highlights or their retail partners.

  • OrgHealth is not responsible for shipping delays, customs issues, errors by carriers, or retailer-determined availability.

  • Any return, refund, or replacement requests may be subject to the policies of the retailer or fulfillment provider.

5. Email & SMS Communications

By submitting any form that includes an opt-in checkbox, you consent to receive:

  • Email updates

  • SMS/text messages

  • Information related to your preorder or resource request

  • Leadership insights, updates, or other communications from OrgHealth Inc.

SMS is delivered through LeadConnector, part of GoHighLevel.

Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS.

Email subscribers may click “unsubscribe” in the footer of any email.

You must be located in Canada or the United States to receive SMS updates.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All text, graphics, logos, branding, video, downloadable materials, and other content on the Site are owned by OrgHealth Inc. and/or their respective creators.

  • “The Imperfect CEO Movement” and related leadership materials are owned by OrgHealth and Jim Brown.

  • The book The Imperfect CEO is published by Matt Holt Books, an imprint of BenBella Books, and is used on this Site with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without express written permission.

You may download resources provided to you solely for your personal or organizational use and may not sell, distribute, or host them elsewhere.

7. No Professional Advice

The content provided through the Site—emails, downloads, leadership materials, or SMS messages—is for general informational purposes only.

It does not constitute:

  • Legal advice

  • Accounting advice

  • Psychological advice

  • Organizational or HR consulting

  • Any form of professional or regulated guidance

You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals before making decisions based on any information from the Site.
